The awards ceremony for this 10th anniversary year will took place at the exclusive West End venue, Sway London, in Covent Garden, near Holborn, on Thursday 4th November. This spectacularly designed, venue is our new location for the NORAs, and is perfect for our type of event. The fantastic turnout of over 300 attendees ensured it was the online recruitment event of the year!
The event was held in conjunction with UKRecruiter, and also involved extensive networking opportunities.
The noise inside the venue was almost deafening, and the party was in full swing from start to finish. To begin with, Louise Triance led the audience in a very lively session of Speed Networking. This was followed by an address by online recruitment wunderkind, Dan McGuire, who has been a NORA Judge for the past 6 years. Dan has only just stepped down as MD of Broadbean Technology, and had fascinating insights as a result.
As ever, Stephen O’Donnell was our MC for the evening, and his biggest achievement was not falling off the stage, whilst balancing precariously on his crutches! The biggest memory of all, however, was the overwhelming enthusiasm of our fantastic award winners.
